CONTRACT MAINTENANCE COMMITTEE. The Contract Maintenance Committee (CMC) will serve the purpose of clarifying and interpreting contract language and application of that language, but will not conduct bargaining. Procedures for accomplishing the task of interpreting contract language and application will be established through mutual agreement of the CMC membership. This process will not replace the grievance process as outlined in this contract. CMC will operate with the following expectations:
