Special conferences for important matters will be arranged between the LSEA President and the Chief Administrator for Human Resources and/or designee upon the request of either party. Such meetings shall be between the LSEA and Board representatives. Arrangements for such special conferences shall be made in advance, and an agenda of the matters to be taken up at the meeting shall be presented at the time the conference is requested. Matters to be discussed in special conferences shall be confined to those included in the agenda.
