CONTRACT OF HIRING. 4.1.1 The contract of hiring of every employee (other than casual employees) will, in the absence of a written contract to the contrary, be hiring by the fortnight. 4.1.2 Employment will be terminated in accordance with the notice provisions of clauses 4.6 - Termination of employment and 4.7 - Redundancy (severance).
