Contract Request. All changes to the Trade Contractor Work must be approved in strict accordance with the requirements of this Trade Contract Agreement. No change in the Trade Contractor Work, in any form, will be approved without the Trade Contractor providing the Authority with all reasonably required documentation, including a properly completed Contract Request Form, which will be provided by the Authority. The Contract Request Form, and all required contractual documentation associated therewith and required by the Authority, must be provided to and approved by the Authority in writing before commencement of any proposed changes in any part of the Trade Contractor Work. The Authority will administer a Pending Change Report to identify and track any and all potential changes in the Trade Contractor Work, and the Trade Contractor is obligated to provide all supporting documentation reasonably required by the Authority to administer the Pending Change Report. The Authority will use the Pending Change Report to provide the Trade Contractor with written authorization to proceed with commencing approved changes, if any, to the Trade Contractor Work. The Trade Contractor is responsible to immediately provide the Authority with timely notification of any pending change associated with the Trade Contractor Work in accordance with the requirements of this Paragraph 7.1 and the Trade Contract Documents and to provide projected cost impacts, if any, within five (5) Days of notification of such change. The Trade Contractor is responsible to provide final costs associated with any pending change within two (2) weeks of inclusion on the Pending Change Report, or such other timeframe as reasonably agreed to in writing by the Authority. If the Trade Contractor performs any alleged change in the Trade Contractor Work in the absence of proper notice required by the Trade Contract Documents, the Trade Contractor then assumes all liability for such Trade Contractor Work, understands and agrees that the Trade Contractor will not be paid for such Trade Contractor Work, and agrees that the Authority is not obligated to compensate the Trade Contractor for such alleged change as a Cost of the Trade Contractor Work or as an addition to this Trade Contract Amount.

Contract Request. At any time during the period of this contract, subject to the Rules, THE EVALUATOR shall be able to present to the XXX a Contracting Proposal in respect of the Technical Evaluation Area, partially or in whole. In the event that an exploration and exploitation contract is entered into with THE EVALUATOR, the area being the object of this contract shall be excluded from the Technical Evaluation Area. This action shall be formalized with a minute signed by the Parties.

  • Stop Payment Request You may ask the Credit Union to stop payment on any check drawn upon or ACH debit scheduled from your checking account. You may request a stop payment by telephone, by mail, or in person. For checks, the stop payment will be effective if the Credit Union receives the order in time for the Credit Union to act upon the order. For ACH debits, the stop payment order must be received at least three (3) banking days before the scheduled date of the transfer. You must state the number of the account, date, and the exact amount of the check or item and the number of the check or originator of the ACH debit. If you give the Credit Union incorrect or incomplete information, the Credit Union will not be responsible for failing to stop payment on the item. If the stop payment order is not received in time for the Credit Union to act upon the order, the Credit Union will not be liable to you or to any other party for payment of the item. If we recredit your account after paying a check over a valid and timely stop payment order, you agree to sign a statement describing the dispute with the payee, to transfer all of your rights against the payee or other holders of the check to the Credit Union, and to assist the Credit Union in legal action taken against the person.

  • Payment Requests Review applications for payment with Contractor for compliance with the established procedure for their submission and forward with recommendations to Engineer, noting particularly the relationship of the payment requested to the schedule of values, Work completed, and materials and equipment delivered at the Site but not incorporated in the Work.

  • DATA REQUESTS Upon the written request of the District, the State Auditor’s Office, the Appraisal District, or the Comptroller during the term of this Agreement, the Applicant, the District or any other entity on behalf of the District shall provide the requesting party with all information reasonably necessary for the requesting party to determine whether the Applicant is in compliance with its rights, obligations or responsibilities, including, but not limited to, any employment obligations which may arise under this Agreement.

  • Contract Reporting The Contractor shall report information on orders received from Customers associated with this Contract. No price adjustments will be considered for any Contractor who has outstanding reports, or any other documentation required under this Contract. The Contractor shall submit reports in accordance with the following schedule: MFMP Transaction Fee Report Calendar month 15 calendar days after the end of each month Quarterly Sales Report State’s Fiscal Quarter 30 calendar days after close of the period Diversity Report(submitted to the Customer) State Fiscal Year 30 Business Days after close of the period Preferred Pricing Affidavit (in accordance with the Special Contract Conditions) Annual Contract Anniversary Date

  • Contract Task Order A- E shall be assigned work via a task order by COUNTY which shall subsequently be referred to as the “Contract Task Order” (hereinafter “CTO”). A CTO for each project shall be developed by A-E in conjunction with COUNTY Project Management staff. The County Project Manager shall manage all A-E’s work including monitoring the CTO work schedule, quality of deliverables, review of invoiced amounts, adherence to set budget, and internal review of submittal packages. A-E shall follow all requirements as outlined in the CTO; this general Scope of Work, the project specific Scope Statement, and the Architect-Engineer Guide (Rev July 2018). The CTO shall include a detailed Scope Statement, describing tasks to be performed with a specific list of deliverables for each task, schedule of work and cost to complete the work. The schedule of work shall allow enough time for meetings with County Management staff to review the work progress, provide technical and policy direction, resolve problems and ensure adherence to the work completion schedule. The CTO shall include a cover sheet provided by County Project Management staff with the appropriate signature blocks and contract information. Once both Parties agree, and all Parties have signed the CTO, County Management staff shall provide A-E with a Notice to Proceed (NTP) to begin work. A-E shall submit all plans, reports and other documents produced under the CTO to the assigned County Project Manager within the timeframe indicated in the CTO or as directed by County Project Management staff.

  • Advance Request To obtain a Term Loan Advance, Borrower shall complete, sign and deliver an Advance Request (at least one (1) Business Day before the Closing Date and at least five (5) Business Days before each Advance Date other than the Closing Date) to Agent. The Lenders shall fund the Term Loan Advance in the manner requested by the Advance Request provided that each of the conditions precedent to such Term Loan Advance is satisfied as of the requested Advance Date.
