Common use of Contract Training Clause in Contracts

Contract Training. Joint Association and Medical Center trainings will be 8 conducted for interested nurses, regarding changes to Agreement and areas where the 9 parties agree there are many questions. The training will be jointly designed and 10 provided by the Association and Medical Center Human Resources. The training will be 11 held a minimum of four times, (twice within 90 days of ratification of this Agreement, and 12 twice more within 90 days of the one-year anniversary of this Agreement) in order to 13 reach interested parties on different units and shifts. The training will be scheduled for a 14 time not to exceed 90 minutes unless the parties agree otherwise. Trainings will include 15 new contract changes, new or emerging issues, Xxxxxxxxxx rights, information available 16 to staff, personnel and grievance practices, and seniority, job posting and hiring
