Contractor Must Not Disturb Run-Off Control Measures. Except for removal upon completion of all other Work, the Contractor must not remove, relocate, damage, destroy or otherwise disturb any on-site or off-site erosion and/or run-off control measures established in connection with the Project. The Contractor must replace and/or restore any such control measures disturbed by any person or entity on, at, or in the vicinity of the Project Site on account of the Work. The Contractor shall be solely responsible and liable for any and all costs arising from any failure of the Contractor to comply with any of the requirements described in this Section.

CLEC traffic will be offered first to the direct trunk group (also referred to as the "primary high" route) and then overflow to the Tandem Switch group (also referred to as the "alternate final" route) for completion to CenturyLink End Office Switches.
