CONTRACTOR QUALITY CONTROL ORGANIZATION. The Contractor shall identify and provide an organization to manage and implement the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) Plan. The organization shall consist of personnel at all operational levels of the mission being assigned CQC responsibilities. The hierarchy of organization shall at a minimum be as follows; CQC Systems Manager, Assistant Systems Manager, and Site Manager(s). The CQC system shall provide adequate administration support to provide management of daily report files, maintaining the CQC Plan, distribution of the CQC Plan, and managing, tracking and providing training for CQC personnel. The CQC system shall provide managers for the following levels of management recognizing that these managers may have other duties. The Contractor shall provide as CQC System Manager a designated full time individual within the onsite work organization who shall be responsible for overall management of the CQC Plan and have the authority to act in all CQC matters for the Contractor. This CQC System Manager shall be on the site at all times, or on call during operations and shall be employed by the Contractor. The CQC System Manager may also have duties as project superintendent in addition to quality control. An alternate for the CQC System Manager shall be identified in the plan to serve in the event of the System Manager's absence. The requirements for the alternate shall be the same as for the CQC System Manager. At a minimum, a CQC Site Manager shall be located at active loading DMS locations, shipment loading and unloading locations. The Contractor may assign CQC Site Managers at other sites that require CQC. The CQC Site Manager is someone at the site location that is normally required to be there, but has added CQC responsibilities. The CQC Site Manager is responsible for all CQC activities at their site location including reporting. The Contractor QC personnel performing quality control functions in the field shall be easily identified visually. The identification required, as a minimum, will be the letters “Q” and “C” displayed on the back of the hard hat. The letters will be two, two inch high, black capital letters. The Contractor may elect to utilize other means of visual identification in addition to the letters as long as the addition is approved by the COR and included in the Contractor’s CQC plan.   • Quality Assurance/Quality Control Contractor shall establish and maintain a quality assurance/quality control program which shall include procedures for continuous control of all construction and comprehensive inspection and testing of all items of Work, including any Work performed by Subcontractors, so as to ensure complete conformance to the Contract with respect to materials, workmanship, construction, finish, functional performance, and identification. The program established by Contractor shall comply with any quality assurance/quality control requirements incorporated in the Contract.

  • Project Organization A summary organization chart showing the interrelationships between Owner, Construction Contractor and Design Professional, and other supporting organizations and permitting review agencies. Detailed charts, one each for Construction Contractor and Design Professional, showing organizational elements participating in the Project shall be included.

  • COUNTY’S QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN The County or its agent will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this Contract on not less than an annual basis. Such evaluation will include assessing the Contractor’s compliance with all Contract terms and conditions and performance standards. Contractor deficiencies which the County determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, the County may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract.

  • Contractor Qualifications Contractor warrants that Contractor has the necessary licenses, experience and technical skills to provide services under this Contract.

  • Project Organization Chart As part of the Mini-Bid, the Authorized User may require the Contractor to develop and submit a proposed project organization chart. The project organization chart should identify all the proposed key personnel of each team component and how the team will be managed. If required, the project organization chart must include both Contractor and State staff roles as identified in the Mini-Bid.

  • Function of Joint Health and Safety Committee All incidents involving aggression or violence shall be brought to the attention of the Joint Health and Safety Committee. The Employer agrees that the Joint Health and Safety Committee shall concern itself with all matters relating to violence to staff.

  • Technical and Organizational Measures The following sections define SAP’s current technical and organizational measures. SAP may change these at any time without notice so long as it maintains a comparable or better level of security. Individual measures may be replaced by new measures that serve the same purpose without diminishing the security level protecting Personal Data.

  • Fire, Life Safety, and Accessibility Codes The following codes, in the versions approved by the Georgia State Fire Marshal/Fire Safety Commissioner and Department of Human Resources, shall be used. The Design Professional will designate any additional codes or special modifications in the Supplementary General Conditions.
