Contractor Schedule of Values. 2.7.15.1 Within 10 days of receipt of the Notice to Proceed, or other period as mutually agreed by the Contractor and the Contracting Authority, a Contractor shall submit a Schedule of Values to the A/E, through the CM, with separate amounts shown for labor and materials for each branch of the Contractor’s Work. 2.7.15.2 The CM may approve or return the Schedule of Values to the Contractor for re-submittal if it does not meet the requirements set forth in the Standard Requirements or contains insufficient items or details of the Contractor’s Work. 2.7.15.3 If the Project is administered using OAKS CI, the CM shall receive and forward the Contractor’s Schedule of Values to the A/E, using the OAKS CI “Contract Schedule of Values” business process.

Contractor Schedule of Values. The City will require the Contractor to prepare a detailed schedule of values for the District Facilities for review and acceptance by the District. Subject to the limitations for various Project Activities noted herein above, the District Financial Contribution for construction of the District Facilities will be limited to costs established in the District accepted schedule of values for the District Facilities. Adjustments to the District accepted schedule of values during Project construction is subject to District acceptance. The City will require that Contractor xxxxxxxx include breakdowns and specific allocations of payments requested for District Facilities.

  • Schedule of Values 9.2.1 Before the first Application for Payment, the Contractor shall submit to the Architect a schedule of values allocated to the various portions of the Work, prepared in such form and supported by such data to substantiate its accuracy as the Architect may require.   • SCHEDULE OF WORK FIRST PARTY’S proposed schedule for the various services required will be set forth in Exhibit A-1. In addition to services described in Section A1, the parties may from time to time agree in writing that FIRST PARTY, for additional compensation, shall perform additional services including but not limited to: • Change in the services because of changes in scope of the work. • Additional tasks not specified herein as required by the CITY.
