Contractor’s Schedule. Review the construction contractor’s initial schedule for issues such as compliance with construction sequencing constraints, adequate time for submittal review, major and long lead time equipment deliveries, construction activity durations, and plant shutdown and startup/testing activities. Consultant shall review the aspects of the schedule that may affect plant operations with District staff. Consultant shall procure and set up EADOC construction management software according to District-provided requirements. Consultant shall enter design team responses and submittal review comments, contract clarifications, and meeting minutes into the EADOC system. District shall take primary responsibility for maintenance of the EADOC system.

Contractor’s Schedule. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Commissioning Agent shall not be responsible for the Contractor’s schedules or failure to carry out the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Commissioning Agent shall not have control over or charge of acts or omissions of the Contractor, its Subcontractors, or their agents or employees, or of any other persons performing portions of the Work. However, nothing in this paragraph shall relieve the Commissioning Agent of its obligations to the City elsewhere in this Agreement. The Commissioning Agent shall review all schedules presented by the Contractor and advise the City as to the appropriateness of same.

  • PROGRESS SCHEDULE The Contractor, within ten (10) working days of receiving notice of the award of the contract, shall prepare and submit for the State's and Architect's information an estimated progress schedule for the Work. The progress schedule shall be related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents, and shall provide for expeditious and practicable execution of the Work.

  • Vendor’s Subcontractors TIPS recognizes that many vendors operate in the open market through the use of subcontractors. For that reason, TIPS permits Vendor to utilize subcontractors as authorized and permitted by the TIPS Member Customer. However, all purchase documents must include: (1) Vendor’s Name, as known to TIPS, and; (2) Vendor’s TIPS Contract Name and Number under which it is making the TIPS Sale. Vendor must report the sale pursuant to the terms herein and Vendor agrees that it is legally responsible for all reporting and fee payment as described herein for TIPS Sales even when subcontractors are utilized. The TIPS Administration Fee is assessed on the amount paid by the TIPS Member to Vendor. The Parties intend that Vendor shall be responsible and for actions of subcontractors during a TIPS Sale. Vendor agrees that it is voluntarily authorizing subcontractors and in doing so, Xxxxxx agrees that it is doing so at its own risk and agrees to protect, indemnify, and hold TIPS harmless in accordance with Sections 14-17 above related to subcontractor TIPS Sales made pursuant to this Agreement or purporting to be made pursuant to this Agreement that may be asserted against Vendor whether rightfully brought or otherwise. The Parties further agree that it is no defense to Vendor’s breach of this Agreement that a subcontractor caused Vendor of breach this Agreement.

  • Work Progress Schedule Refer to Special Conditions and Division 1 General Administration Specifications for additional schedule requirements. Unless indicated otherwise in those documents, Contractor shall submit to the ODR and the A/E its initial Work Progress Schedule for the Work in relation to the entire Project not later than twenty-one (21) days after the effective date of the Notice to Proceed. Unless otherwise indicated in the Contract Documents, the Work Progress Schedule shall be based upon a computerized Critical Path Method (CPM) with full reporting capability. This initial schedule shall indicate the dates for starting and completing the various aspects required to complete the Work, including mobilization, procurement, installation, testing, inspection, and acceptance of all the Work of the Contract. When acceptable to the Owner, the initially accepted schedule shall be the Baseline Schedule for comparison to actual conditions throughout the contract duration.

  • Wage Schedule ‌ The pay rate (including increments and stated extras) as agreed to and hereinafter in this Schedule provided, shall be in effect during the term of the Agreement, from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2022.
