Contractual Daily Overtime. Contractual daily overtime shall be paid to employees 9 who work or are compensated for more than their regularly scheduled workday, inclusive of 10 alternative work schedules, at the contractual overtime rate in effect at the time the overtime work is 11 performed.

Contractual Daily Overtime. Employees assigned to the Screening Unit only in 17 positions classified as FLSA non-exempt are eligible for Contractual Daily Overtime for 18 hours worked in excess of their regularly scheduled hours of at least (8) hours that occur in the same calendar workday. In addition, if an employee works a regular shift, and is also required to work extra night shift hours that span two calendar workdays, all extra hours 20 worked shall be considered eligible for daily overtime pay. Paid leave hours do not count 21 toward Daily Overtime eligibility. Contractual Daily Overtime will be paid at the Contractual 22 Overtime Rate in effect at the time the overtime work is performed.
