Contributions Towards Health and Prescription Benefits. 1. Effective July 16, 2019, or as soon thereafter as practicable, employees shall contribute, through the withholding of the contribution from the pay, salary, or other compensation, toward the cost of health care benefits coverage for the employee and any dependent provided under the CWA Unity PPO plan through the State Health Benefits Program that is a percentage of salary to the cost of benefits. The rates may be found in Appendix 5, Schedule 2A to this Agreement and on the Division of Pensions and Benefits website.
