Control of Facility. RSS reserves for its principals and employees the right to enter any and all areas of said facility at any time and on any occasion. RSS reserves the right to control the management of leased facility and to enforce all necessary and proper rules for the management and operation of the same. RSS, its employees, agents, including law enforcement officers, reserves the right to remove from the rented facility any and all persons who violate the rules and regulations of RSS, ATTACHMENT A, and any Federal, State and Local laws, ordinances or codes. RSS reserves the right to close down any event that threatens the safety of persons or RSS property, real or personal. Lessee waives any and all claims for damages against RSS, its agents and employees, arising out of or resulting from the ejection of any person from the leased facility.
Control of Facility. In using the premises mentioned, LLTC does not relinquish and does hereby retain the right to enforce all necessary and proper rules for the management and operation of same. Duly authorized representatives of LLTC may enter the premises at any time and on any occasion without restrictions whatsoever. LLTC at reasonable discretion may suspend any activity that endangers life, causes injury, threatens public health and safety or violates any laws. Property of Lessee: Upon the expiration of the Agreement, Lessee agrees to remove from the premises all property of whatever nature brought thereon by Lessee or any of its agents, employees or guests and that LLTC shall in no way be responsible for property not so removed. Lessee agrees that all of its property and the property of others brought on the premises shall be at the risk of the Lessee and that LLTC is not liable for any loss or damage to any such property. Sublet: Lessee shall not assign the agreement nor suffer any use of the premises other than herein specified nor sublet the premises or any part thereof without the written consent of LLTC.
Control of Facility. Provided Tenant's access to and use of the Premises for Permitted Uses is not materially impaired, to reduce, increase, enclose or otherwise change the size, number and location of buildings, layout and nature of the Facility and the other tenancies, premises and buildings included in the Facility, construct additional buildings and additions to any building, increase the size of the Facility by adding parcels of land to it, create additional rentable areas through use or enclosure of Common Areas or otherwise, convey portions of the Facility and reduce the size or restrict Tenant's use of the Common Areas.
Control of Facility. Under this lease agreement, TELS does not relinquish the right to control the management of the facility and to enforce all necessary laws, rules and regulations.
Control of Facility. LESSEE agrees that the CITY retains the right to control and manage the Premises and to enforce all necessary laws, rules and policies. The CITY may use any part of the Premises at any time provided such use does not interfere with LESSEE’s use of the Premises. Authorized representatives of CITY may enter any portion of the Premises at any time.

Xxxxx Center’s facilities shall be at all times under the control of the Xxxxx Center Senior Director of Operations & Planning and authorized staff, including the Technical Director or Technician in Charge for the backstage areas, and the House Manager for the Front of the House. The House is not opened, nor does an event begin, without the permission of the Technician in charge.
X. Xxxxx Center reserves the right to require Renter to provide and pay for security from a licensed, bonded and insured agency that is approved by Xxxxx Center.
X. Xxxxx Center is a multi-purpose facility. Any and all members of the University of Washington community so designated by the Xxxxx Center Executive Director, have the right to enter Xxxxx Xxxx at any time.
D. No persons will be allowed backstage during the event unless they are members of the on-stage company, Renter representatives or Xxxxx Center staff.
X. Xxxxx Center reserves the right to display UW sponsorship signage and other promotional materials in Xxxxx Xxxx and surrounding lobby areas. In addition, limited space is available for client sponsorship signage and other promotional materials.
F. Smoking is not permitted in Xxxxx Center, or on the University of Washington campus.
G. Helium balloons are not allowed in the lobby, stage or seating area of Xxxxx Center.
