Other Tenancies. Landlord reserves to itself and shall at any and all times have the right to effect such other tenancies in the Building as Landlord in the exercise of its sole business judgment shall determine to best promote the interest of the Building. Tenant does not rely on the fact nor does Landlord represent that any specific tenant or number of tenants shall during the term of this Lease occupy any space in the Building.
Other Tenancies. Landlord reserves the absolute right to effect such other tenancies in the Shopping Center as Landlord, in the exercise of its sole business judgment, shall determine. Tenant does trot rely oil the fact, nor does Landlord represent, that any specific tenant or type or number of tenants shall, during the term of this Lease either (i) enter into a (case for any space in the Shopping Center, or (ii) continue to lease any space in the Shopping Center xxxxxx xxxx lease which is in effect as of the slate of this Lease, or that any tenant tinder any lease in effect as of the date of this Lease will not assign or transfer its interest tinder its lease or change the use of the premises under such lease. By executing this Lease, Tenant acknowledges that Landlord has not made any representations, warranties or statements as to any of the foregoing and agrees that the occurrence of any of the foregoing or any similar event shall not affect Tenant’s obligations tinder this Lease.

Landlord reserves the absolute right to effect such other tenancies in the Project as Landlord, in the exercise of its sole business judgment, shall determine to promote the best interest thereof. Tenant does not rely on the fact, nor does Landlord represent, that any specific tenants shall, during the Term of this Lease, occupy any space in the Project.

Landlord reserves the absolute right to effect such other tenancies in the Property as Landlord, in the exercise of its sole business judgment, shall determine to best promote the interest of the Property. Tenant does not rely on the fact, nor does Landlord represent, that any specific tenant or type or number of tenants shall, during the term of this Lease, either (i) enter into a lease for any space in the Property or (ii) continue to lease any space in the Property under any lease or transfer its interest under its lease or change the use of the premises under such lease. By executing this Lease, Tenant acknowledges that Landlord has not made any representations, warranties or statements as to any of the foregoing and agrees that the occurrence of any of the foregoing or any similar event shall not affect Tenant’s obligations under this Lease.
Other Tenancies. Landlord reserves the absolute right to effect such other tenancies and uses in the Shopping Center as Landlord, in its sole business judgment, determines best promotes the interests of the Shopping Center; provided, however, that the Shopping Center shall not lease space to any "adult sexual entertainment" company or business. Landlord and Landlord's Broker do not represent, and Tenant does not rely on the possibility, that any specific tenant or number of tenants will occupy space in the Shopping Center during the Term.
Other Tenancies. Except as otherwise stated in Section 8.2, Landlord reserves the absolute right to affix such other tenancies in the Shopping Center as Landlord, in the exercise in its sole discretion determines which may best promote the Shopping Center. Landlord does not warrant, represent or covenant, expressly or impliedly, that any specific lease or leases now or hereafter in effect between Landlord and any third (3rd) party will be continued in effect for any period of time, or that any other tenant or tenants, or owner, shall during the term continue to occupy any space in the Shopping Center.
Other Tenancies. Landlord reserves the absolute right to effect such other tenancies in the Business Center as Landlord, in the exercise of its sole business judgment, shall determine to promote the best interest thereof. Tenant does not rely on the fact, nor does Landlord represent, that any specific tenants shall, during the Term of this Lease, occupy any space in the Business Park, notwithstanding the appearance of any names of tenants on the site plan attached hereto as Exhibit A, or any replacements or substitutions thereof.
Other Tenancies. Landlord reserves the absolute right to effect such other tenancies in the Project as Landlord, in the exercise of its sole business judgment, shall determine to best promote the interest of the Project. Tenant does not rely on the fact, nor does Landlord represent, that any specific tenant or type or number of tenants shall, during the term of this Lease, either (i) enter into a lease for any space in the Project or (ii) continue to lease any space in the Project under any lease which is in effect as of the date of this Lease, or that any tenant under any lease in effect as of the date of this Lease will not assign or transfer its interest under its lease or change the use of the premises under such lease. By executing this Lease, Tenant acknowledges that Landlord has not made any representations, warranties or statements as to any of the foregoing and agrees that the occurrence of any of the foregoing or any similar event shall not affect Tenant's obligations under this Lease. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Landlord agrees not to lease any space in the Building for a term which falls with in the Lease Term to any tenant whose primary use will consist of (a) the operation of any executive suite service, excluding any office suite service for doctors, dentists or medical-related professionals and practitioners, or (b) providing to the general business community and the tenants in the Building of any of the following services (as opposed to the sale or servicing of equipment: (i) telephone answering services, (ii) secretarial services, (iii) word processing services (excluding temporary employment services), (iv) electronic mail services, (v) facsimile transmission services, and (vi) video conferencing services. Landlord further agrees not to lease any space within the Building consisting of less than 500 Rentable square feet except as may be used for retail purposes, such as, but not limited to, a delicatessen.
Other Tenancies. Landlord reserves the absolute right to effect such other tenancies in the Shopping Center as Landlord, in the exercise of its sole discretion, determines may best promote the interests of the Shopping Center. Landlord does not warrant, represent, or covenant, expressly or impliedly, that any specific lease or leases now or hereafter in effect between Landlord and any third parties will be continued in effect for any period of time, that any other tenant or tenants, or owner, shall during the Term continue to occupy any space in the Shopping Center; Tenant, in entering into this Lease, has not relied upon the continued existence or operation of any other tenant or tenants or owner within the Shopping Center, notwithstanding any other lease or leases in existence at the time of execution hereof or commencement of the Term. Notwithstanding the foregoing, so long as Tenant occupies and uses the Premises for the Primary Purpose (as hereinafter defined), Landlord shall not permit any other tenant in the Shopping Center to use its Premises for the sale of sporting goods or automobile or truck parts, supplies and accessories (the "Primary Purpose") unless such Primary Purpose occupies no more than ten percent (10%) or two thousand five hundred (2,500) square feet, whichever is greater, of such tenant's premises.
Other Tenancies. Landlord reserves the absolute right to effect such other tenancies and uses in the Shopping Center as Landlord, in its sole business judgment, determines best promotes the interests of the Shopping Center. Landlord and Broker do not represent, and Tenant does not rely on the possibility, that any specific tenant or number of tenants will occupy space in the Shopping Center during the Term. Except as provided in the following sentence, Landlord shall not lease space to another bank, savings and loan, thrift and loan, or other financial institution regulated by a state or federal banking regulation in the Shopping Center during Tenant's occupancy of the Premises, or permit the installation of automatic teller machines (except for use at points of purchase). Tenant acknowledges and, agrees that notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Lease, Food 4 Less and/or a proposed drug store tenant, or any occupant of the leased premises of Food 4 Less or such drug store, will have the right to place in their premises a bank, savings and loan, thrift and loan or other financial institution, and/or to install automatic teller machines in, or on the exterior walls of, their leased premises.
