Backboards. The room(s) shall have 3/4-inch-thick plywood sheets mounted on walls where equipment will be mounted, to a height of 8 feet to serve as backboards. The plywood shall be painted on all sides and edges with a local-code-compliant fire-resistant gray latex paint. The plywood shall be affixed in such a manner that it shall adequately support the weight of the cables, terminals, and other equipment that shall be attached to it.

Backboards. The General Trade Contractor shall provide all Electrical/Mechanical/Communication and other Backboards and as described in the Specification and as shown on the Contract Drawings. This Contractor shall provide thirty (30) additional four foot x eight foot ¾” plywood backboards in addition to what is required by the Contract Documents. All plywood for backboards shall be fire rated plywood and labels shall not be covered.
Backboards. All walls within the MDF / IDF rooms shall be covered in ¾” fire rated plywood with the fire rating stamp in plain view. If painted plywood is requested for the project, fire rating stamps are to be left uncovered as indicated by local building code.
Backboards. The main Telephone/Data room walls shall be covered with 3/4 inch, White Melamine composite sheets. These sheets shall be 4’ wide by 8’ feet, mounted vertically beginning at floor level. The top of the door way shall be covered to the ceiling. Each IDF location shall have a minimum of two each 3/4 inch, White melamine composite sheets installed in a similar manner. Each Microwave radio room, if separate, shall have at least one wall covered with this material if separated from the Main and IDF rooms.

  • Helpdesk Customers must contact LightEdge Support to report service trouble or an outage with LightEdge Technical Support. LightEdge Technical Support will be available seven (7) days per week; twenty-four (24) hours per day; three hundred sixty-five days (365) days per year. LightEdge Technical Support provides support for network monitoring, trouble ticket resolution, and fault isolation up to the termination point of LightEdge provided Equipment. LightEdge Technical Support will accept trouble and outage related support calls from any customer representative. LightEdge will not perform any requested activity which may cause Service disruption or perform any changes to Service unless request is initiated by an Authorized Contact. LightEdge reserves the right to delay response on support tickets opened by anyone other than the Authorized Contact. Communication between Customer and LightEdge not initiated by Authorized Contact will not be subject to SLA remedies. All communications with Customer will be in the English language.

  • Internet Connectivity School must provide sufficient hardline internet connectivity and the required network configurations (provided in Exhibit A) for each Pixellot System to allow live broadcasts. PlayOn will provide the point-to-point wireless internet base station (“Point to Point”) when needed to deliver hardline internet connectivity to Pixellot Systems installed in outdoor venues; provided that PlayOn is able to select the make and model of the Point to Point system. In the event that School requests, or requires, a specific Point to Point system that is different from what is provided by PlayOn, then School must provide and install the Point to Point system at its own expense.

  • Synchronization The Licensor hereby grants limited synchronization rights for One (1) music video streamed online (Youtube, Vimeo, etc..) for up to 500,000 non-monetized video streams on all total sites. A separate synchronisation license will need to be purchased for distribution of video to Television, Film or Video game.

  • Links If The Services are made available through the Internet, the Financial Institution’s website may provide links to other websites, including those of Third Parties who may also provide services to You. You acknowledge that all those other websites and Third Party services are independent from the Financial Institution’s and may be subject to separate agreements that govern their use. The Financial Institution and Central 1 have no liability for those other websites or their contents or the use of Third Party services. Links are provided for convenience only, and You assume all risk resulting from accessing or using such other websites or Third Party services.

  • Connectivity User is solely responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary electronic communications with Exchange, including, wiring, computer hardware, software, communication line access, and networking devices.

  • Teams One team for the purposes of the Event shall consist of one Vehicle. Each Vehicle can contain a maximum of three Team Members, provided such Team Members have entered into a Team Entry Agreement with the Company or have otherwise agreed in writing to participate in the Event upon and subject to the Terms of Entry and the Event Rules. For the avoidance of doubt, it is the sole responsibility of each Team to inform themselves of the maximum numbers of persons legally permitted to travel in the Vehicle under Relevant Law. Vehicles: Rickshaws The Company shall provide each Team with the contact details of the Approved Hirer who will be able to provide each Team with a Vehicle for use in the Event, subject to the Team entering into an agreement (the “Borrowing Agreementâ€) with the Hirer outlining the terms of use of the Vehicle. Should the Vehicle not be delivered to the Designated Finish Point up to 3 days after the date of the official Finish Line Party, then the team will be liable for either the cost to retrieve the Vehicle and/or the "Hire Costs" beyond this date. Each Vehicle will be of a similar specification to that outlined in Schedule 4 to the Team Entry Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall make no representations or warranties as to the suitability of the Approved Hirer or of the Vehicle for participation in the Event and any rights or warranties which a Team may have or be granted in relation to the Vehicle shall be limited to those contained in the Rental Agreement or implied by any Relevant Law.

  • Screens 3.2.1.1 The proposed Generating Facility's Point of Interconnection must be on a portion of the Utility's Distribution System.

  • Programming (a) Pursuant to Section 624 of the Cable Act, the Licensee shall maintain the mix, quality and broad categories of Programming set forth in Exhibit 4, attached hereto and made a part hereof. Pursuant to applicable federal law, all Programming decisions, including the Programming listed in Exhibit 4, attached hereto, shall be at the sole discretion of the Licensee.
