Controller Personal Data. 4.1. The Processor shall only process Controller Personal Data for the purposes of the Order Form. The Processor shall not process, transfer, modify, amend or alter the Controller Personal Data or disclose or permit the disclosure of the Controller personal data to any third party other than in accordance with Controller’s documented instructions, unless processing is required by EU or Member State law to which Processor is subject. The Processor shall, to the extent permitted by such law, inform the Controller of that legal requirement before processing the Personal Data and comply with the Controller’s instructions to minimize, as much as possible, the scope of the disclosure.
Controller Personal Data any personal data which is shared or otherwise processed by the parties in connection with this agreement as independent controllers by GambleAware with the Supplier. Intellectual Property Rights: patents, utility models, rights to inventions, copyright and neighbouring and related rights, moral rights, trademarks and service marks, business names and domain names, rights in get-up and trade dress, goodwill and the right to sue for passing off or unfair competition, rights in designs, rights in computer software, database rights, rights to use, and protect the confidentiality of, confidential information (including know-how and trade secrets) and all other intellectual property rights, in each case whether registered or unregistered and including all applications and rights to apply for and be granted, renewals or extensions of, and rights to claim priority from, such rights and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection which subsist or will subsist now or in the future in any part of the world. Key Personnel: the Supplier's Manager and the individuals identified as key personnel in a Statement of Work, or any replacement individuals appointed by the Supplier pursuant to clause 4.3(c) or clause 4.3(d).
