Documented Instructions has the meaning ascribed to it under Clause 4.2. “DPA” has the meaning ascribed to it above.

Documented Instructions has the meaning ascribed to it under Clause 3.2.

Documented Instructions means the Processing terms and conditions set forth in the Master Agreement (including this DPA) and any applicable statement of work or similar work order issued thereunder.

Examples of Documented Instructions in a sentence

Additional instructions outside the scope of the Documented Instructions (if any) require prior written agreement between You and 1NCE, including agreements on any additional charges payable by You to 1NCE for carrying out such instructions.

If the assistance described herein goes beyond the standard functionality of the Service provided by 1NCE, charges for any costs beyond the agreed service fees may apply to the extent it is not commercially reasonable for 1NCE to provide such assistance without charge, taking into account relevant factors such as volume of requests, complexity of Documented Instructions and other factors.

Documented Instructions has the meaning given to it in paragraph 3 of this DPA; “EEA” means the European Economic Area;

Documented Instructions means Customer’s written instructions specified in the Agreement and these Data Processing Terms (including with respect to transfers of Personal Data to a Third Country or to an International Organisation), it being understood that “written instructions” includes all requirements and obligations set forth in the Agreement on the part of LASSO and as necessary to provide the Application and Services in accordance with its documentation, supplemented or replaced from time to time by individual written instructions made from time to time by an authorized representative of Customer.

Documented Instructions means Customer’s written instructions specified in the Agreement and these Data Processing Terms (including with respect to transfers of Personal Data to a Third Country or to an International Organisation), it being understood that “written instructions” includes all requirements and obligations set forth in the Agreement on the part of Servably and as necessary to provide the Application and Services in accordance with its documentation, supplemented or replaced from time to time by individual written instructions made from time to time by an authorized representative of Customer.

Documented Instructions means the instructions set out in Appendix A or in any subsequent written communication from the Data Controller’s contact person.

Documented Instructions means this DPA and the Agreement, as same may be amended by the parties in writing, and Client’s use of any features and functionality in the Services.

Documented Instructions means, with respect to Processor Services, the documented instructions of Customer, which Customer acknowledges are limited to those instructions that are documented in the Agreement and this Addendum as described herein.
