Conversion of Casual Seniority to Permanent Seniority. When a Nurse transfers from a casual to a permanent position, the Nurse’s Casual seniority hours will be divided by 1950 and assigned a calendar value which will determine the Nurse’s permanent seniority date, which will be prior to the date of hire into a permanent position.
