Common use of Conversion of Hours Clause in Contracts

Conversion of Hours. Where an employee's regular scheduled workday is greater than those outlined in Article 14.2, sick leave shall be converted to hours on the basis of the normal full-time daily hours of work outlined in 14.2, and deducted based on the number of hours taken as sick leave in accordance with the employee's work schedule.
