Common use of Converting Personal Leave for the Following Year Clause in Contracts

Converting Personal Leave for the Following Year. Any employee who does not use personal leave during the school year and who has a 98% attendance rate (disregarding jury duty, FML, and routine absence related to childbirth) will be able to convert one of their three personal days, in the following school year to an unrestricted day. That unrestricted day may be for any reason. Its use will count against use of personal days and will therefore not allow the employee to convert a personal day to an unrestricted day in the year following its use.
