Cooperative Agreement Period. For the purpose of Nonprofit Capacity Building Program Cooperative Agreements, a project period is the complete length of time an Awardee is proposed to be funded to complete approved activities under the agreement. A project period may contain one or more budget periods. A budget period is a specific interval of time for which Federal funds are being provided to fund an Awardee's approved activities and budget. Unless otherwise specified, the Awardee’s Cooperative Agreement covers a two-year project period. The project period and the budget period are noted on the Notice of Grant Award. Additional funding is contingent upon satisfactory performance and the availability of funds.

  • AGREEMENT PERIOD The terms of this Agreement and the performance of the parties hereto shall commence, or be deemed to have commenced, the 1st day of January 2020 and will continue through the 31st day of December 2020, both dates inclusive, unless sooner terminated or extended as provided for herein.

  • Cooperative Agreement The provisions and pricing of this Contract will be extended to other California local or state governmental entities. Governmental entities wishing to use this Contract will be responsible for issuing their own purchase documents/price agreements, providing for their own acceptance, and making any subsequent payments. Contractor shall be required to include in any Contract entered into with another agency or entity that is entered into as an extension of this Contract a Contract clause that will hold harmless the County of Orange from all claims, demands, actions or causes of actions of every kind resulting directly or indirectly, arising out of, or in any way connected with the use of this contract. The cooperative entities are responsible for obtaining all certificates of insurance and bonds required. The County of Orange makes no guarantee of usage by other users of this Contract. The Contractor shall be required to maintain a list of the cooperative entities using this Contract. The list shall report dollar volumes spent annually and shall be provided on an annual basis to the County, at the County’s request.

  • OPERATION OF PROPERTY DURING AGREEMENT PERIOD The Seller will continue to operate the Property and any business conducted on the Property in the manner operated prior to the Agreement and will take no action that would adversely impact the Property, tenants, lender, or business, if any. Any changes, such as renting vacant space, that materially affects the Property or the Buyer's intended use will be permitted only with the Buyer's consent.

  • Cooperation Agreement At the Closing, PCC and Buyer shall, and PCC shall cause PCC Parent to, execute and deliver the Cooperation Agreement pursuant to which Buyer, PCC Parent and PCC shall provide each other certain information and other assistance in connection with the collection, administration and/or satisfaction of certain of the Retained Liabilities.

  • Development Period The Contractor may commence pre-construction activities like utility shifting, boundary wall construction or any other activity assigned to the Contractor by the Authority to enable construction of the Project Highway immediately after signing of the Agreement, to the extent that such work is ready for execution. The Parties agree that these works may be taken up and completed to the extent feasible by the Contractor, before declaration of the Appointed Date, but no claim against the Authority for delay shall survive during this period and that the undertaking of these works by the Contractor shall not count towards the Scheduled Construction Period of the project which starts counting only from the Appointed Date. No construction activity of the Project Highway shall be undertaken during the development period.

  • Agreement Term This Agreement commences on the Effective Date and continues until terminated in compliance with this Clause.

  • Agreement Duration The term of the Agreement shall begin and end on the dates indicated in the Standard Grant Agreement, unless extended or terminated earlier in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. The Grantee shall be eligible for reimbursement for work performed on or after the date of execution through the expiration date of this Agreement, unless otherwise specified in Attachment 2, Special Terms and Conditions. However, work performed prior to the execution of this Agreement may be reimbursable or used for match purposes if permitted by the Special Terms and Conditions.

  • PRINTING OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT 33.01 Provided the parties execute the Collective Agreement within sixty (60) days of the ratification of the Memorandum of Agreement, the parties shall share on a 50/50 basis the cost of printing and distributing of such agreements to the appropriate bargaining unit and management staff. The sixty (60) day time period may be extended by mutual agreement.
