OTHER AGENCIES Other tax supported agencies within the State of California who have not contracted for their own requirements may desire to participate in this contract. The Contractor is requested to service these agencies and will be given the opportunity to accept or reject the additional requirements. If the Contractor elects to supply other agencies, orders will be placed directly by the agency and payments made directly by the agency.
Cooperation with Other Agents and Agencies Seller agrees that the Agency may engage other licensed real estate agents to assist in marketing the Property and may share its Commission, as determined solely by the Agency. During the Listing Period, should a licensee represent a Buyer whose offer to purchase the Property is accepted by the Seller, then that licensee shall be entitled to a commission of _ _ percent ( _ _% ) (“Commission Offered”), provided the Buyer completes the transaction.
COORDINATION WITH OTHER CONTRACTORS Contractor expressly acknowledges and agrees that other contractors may be performing work on other projects at the Site, while the Work is taking place, in which event Contractor shall fully cooperate with District and other contractors while performing the Work, at no additional cost to District.
Interaction with Other Leaves Paid parental leave will run concurrently with any unpaid leave(s) that parents may be entitled to under other provisions of this Agreement or provided by law. Employees shall not receive other types of paid leave provided by this Agreement (e.g., sick, vacation, compensatory time) for hours for which they are receiving PPL.
Interaction with Other Leave Entitlements (a) An employee proceeding on unpaid Maternity Leave may elect to substitute any part of that leave with accrued annual and/or accrued long service leave.
Relationship with other agreements The implementation of this Treaty shall not prejudice obligations undertaken by States Parties with regard to existing international agreements, to which they are party, where those obligations are consistent with the Treaty.
Audits No more than once a year, or following unauthorized access, upon receipt of a written request from the LEA with at least ten (10) business days’ notice and upon the execution of an appropriate confidentiality agreement, the Provider will allow the LEA to audit the security and privacy measures that are in place to ensure protection of Student Data or any portion thereof as it pertains to the delivery of services to the LEA . The Provider will cooperate reasonably with the LEA and any local, state, or federal agency with oversight authority or jurisdiction in connection with any audit or investigation of the Provider and/or delivery of Services to students and/or LEA, and shall provide reasonable access to the Provider’s facilities, staff, agents and XXX’s Student Data and all records pertaining to the Provider, LEA and delivery of Services to the LEA. Failure to reasonably cooperate shall be deemed a material breach of the DPA.
ASSISTANCE IN RELATED PROCUREMENTS 5.1 Where a Relevant Supplier is bidding to provide New Goods and/or Services in circumstances where the Supplier or an Affiliate of the Supplier is already providing (or due to provide) Legacy Goods and/or Services to a Contracting Body, the Supplier shall promptly provide the relevant Contracting Body and/or the Relevant Supplier with all reasonable information and assistance as may be required from time to time to enable the relevant Contracting Body and/or the Relevant Supplier, as appropriate, to:
Reviews (a) During the term of this Agreement and for 7 years after the term of this Agreement, the HSP agrees that the LHIN or its authorized representatives may conduct a Review of the HSP to confirm the HSP’s fulfillment of its obligations under this Agreement. Promotional Examinations All promotional examinations shall be competitive and shall be conducted in the same manner as open examinations except that admission to a promotional examination shall be restricted to persons in the employ of the County who have served at least six months following regular appointment to the classified service and who meet the published requirements for the examination. The Commission shall determine whether an examination shall be held on a promotional or open basis. 1492 Disposition of Papers and Records Prescribed application forms of persons who fail to appear for the written test and examination records of candidates who fail to qualify in the written test shall be destroyed at any time after thirty days from the date of promulgation of the eligible list. Examination records of candidates who qualify in an examination shall be retained during the life of the eligible list or for 15 months, whichever is longer, and the examination records of each appointee shall be filed in his/her permanent personnel folder.
