Coordinated Entry. Operator shall work closely with the Lead, the local Continuum of Care, and the Coordinated Entry provider to maximize the central intake/single point of entry model for services. This will include implementation and enhancement of existing HMIS software. The Operator shall maintain a written waiting list for services. Operator shall follow the policies and procedures of the established Coordinated Entry program and will provide appropriate referrals. Operator shall work with law enforcement personnel to intake individuals or families presenting at non-conforming hours. All clients entering sleeping facilities shall be provided clean bedding upon admittance.

Coordinated Entry. ‌ ESG-CV funded projects must participate in the local Coordinated Entry (CE) as defined by Coordinated Entry System policies and procedures. Separate assessment and access points are allowable for prevention projects. Projects operated by Victim service providers are not required but may elect to participate in the county or regional CE process. Street Outreach projects funded by ESG-CV must be linked to the county or regional Coordinated Entry (CE) by either performing mobile CE process services (e.g. assessment) or by providing referrals to CE. If the county or regional Coordinated Entry (CE) requires Emergency Shelters, Drop-in Shelters and Temporary Shelter Sites to fill beds through the regional CE process, those projects funded by ESG-CV must participate in the county or regional CE process by accepting referrals and must fill openings exclusively through the CE process. If the project has other funding sources that do not require participation in the CE process, the project must fill openings, beds or units funded with ESG-CV exclusively through the CE process.

Vehicles: Rickshaws The Company shall provide each Team with the contact details of the Approved Hirer who will be able to provide each Team with a Vehicle for use in the Event, subject to the Team entering into an agreement (the “Borrowing Agreementâ€) with the Hirer outlining the terms of use of the Vehicle. Should the Vehicle not be delivered to the Designated Finish Point up to 3 days after the date of the official Finish Line Party, then the team will be liable for either the cost to retrieve the Vehicle and/or the "Hire Costs" beyond this date. Each Vehicle will be of a similar specification to that outlined in Schedule 4 to the Team Entry Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall make no representations or warranties as to the suitability of the Approved Hirer or of the Vehicle for participation in the Event and any rights or warranties which a Team may have or be granted in relation to the Vehicle shall be limited to those contained in the Rental Agreement or implied by any Relevant Law.
