Common use of Coordinating Committee Clause in Contracts

Coordinating Committee. 6.1. Within thirty (30) days after the Effective Date, the Parties shall establish a coordinating committee (the “Coordinating Committee”) which shall consist of four (4) members, two (2) of which shall be appointed by Hynix and two (2) of which shall be appointed by NewCo. Each Party, upon prior written notice to the other Party, may from time to time remove or replace any member appointed by such Party. 6.2. Except as the Parties may otherwise agree in writing, the Coordinating Committee shall have the power and the responsibility under this Agreement to: (a) act as a forum for the liaison between the Parties with respect to the day-to-day implementation of this Agreement; (b) subject to Article 14, seek to resolve disputes; and (c) undertake such other functions as the Parties may agree in writing.

(b) Except as the Parties may otherwise agree in writing, the Coordinating Committee shall have the power and the responsibility under this Agreement to: (ai) act as a forum for the liaison liason between the Parties with respect to the day-to-day implementation of this Agreement; (bii) subject to Article 14Section 14.2, seek to resolve disputes; and (ciii) undertake such other functions as the Parties may agree in writing.

Except as the Parties may otherwise agree in writing, the Coordinating Committee shall have the power and the responsibility under this Agreement to: (a) act as a forum for the liaison between the Parties with respect to the day-to-day implementation of this Agreement; (b) subject to Article 1417, seek to resolve disputes; and (c) undertake such other functions as the Parties may agree in writing.

Except as the Parties may otherwise agree in writing, the Coordinating Committee shall have the power and the responsibility under this Agreement to: (a) act as a forum for the liaison between the Parties with respect to the day-to-day implementation of this Agreement; (b) subject to Article 1418, seek to resolve disputes; and (c) undertake such other functions as the Parties may agree in writing.
