This level of effort is based upon the resolution that each issue shall require up to two (2) hours of engineer time to resolve. • Respond to bidder’s questions and the City will review the answers.

Such revisions will be provided to the City for review, and release of such documentation to the public shall be the responsibility of the City. The City will respond directly to bidder’s questions.
