BIDDING PHASE SUPPORT SERVICES. Services intended to support the city during public bidding of the project that may include, but not limited to, revision to the Plans, Specs and Engineer’s Cost Estimate (PS&E). SUBCONSULTANTS The following sub-consultants will be used for the Project: • Aerial Mapping – Aerotech Mapping Inc. • Potholing – KCI • Pavement Assessment – Xxxxx & Xxxxx Replacement of any of the mentioned sub-consultants will require a two (2) week notification to the City for review that outlines the reason(s) behind the proposed change and the submission of the qualifications of the replacement firm including key personnel.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Design Development Phase Services 3.3.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Schematic Design Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Design Development Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Design Development Documents shall illustrate and describe the development of the approved Schematic Design Documents and shall consist of drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details, and diagrammatic layouts of building systems to fix and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, and other appropriate elements. The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.
