Coordination of Commercialization Activities. (a) The Parties recognize that they may benefit from the coordination of certain activities in support of the Commercialization of Licensed Products in and outside the Territory. As such, the Parties shall coordinate such activities where appropriate, which may include scientific and medical communication and product positioning.

Coordination of Commercialization Activities. The Parties recognize that each Party may benefit from the coordination of certain Commercialization activities for the Licensed Product inside and outside of the Territory (other than pricing for the Licensed Product inside and outside of the Territory, the responsibilities for which are set forth in Section 9.5 (Pricing; Reimbursement Approvals)). Accordingly, the Parties will coordinate such activities through the JSC where appropriate.

In addition, in order to ensure consistency across the territories, Newsoara shall submit to Genelux for comment on any materials to be used in connection with the promotion and other Commercialization activities for the Licensed Products in the Field in the Territory and Newsoara shall consider Genelux’s comments in good faith.
