Pricing of Products. Gelteq may provide recommended retail prices for the Products from time to time, however the pricing strategy (including price list, allowances, discounts, rebates and trade terms) for the sale of the Products within the Territory shall be decided by the Licensee in its absolute discretion, noting that the first order will be charged at $1.10 per unit.

With respect to any Product, howsoever shipped, the difference between the respective (a) and (b) shall be referred to as the "Purchase Price"). Redhook shall establish the initial Scheduled Price for each Product sold by Redhook to ABI. Redhook shall have the right at any time in its sole discretion to modify such Scheduled Price, such new pricing to become effective for all deliveries to ABI not less than 30 days after date of written notice to ABI of such price modifications.

All the Pricing update shall be done through panel provided by OS to Seller and OS shall not be liable in any circumstances for any pricing update of Seller Product which is not updated or uploaded by the Seller in accordance with the terms hereof. Until a new price update by Seller to their Catalogue Data, Seller will abide by the earlier price provided. 4.4 Fiyatlandırma Güncellemeleri: Satıcı, OS tarafından sağlanan ZoodMall Back Office Tool'da, ürünlerinin fiyatlandırılmasından (ithalat vergileri, KDV hariç) tek başına sorumludur. Tüm Fiyatlandırma güncellemesi OS tarafından Satıcı'ya sağlanan panelden yapılır ve OS, Satıcı tarafından burada belirtilen şartlara uygun olmayarak güncellenen veya yüklenen Satıcı Ürünü ile ilgili fiyat güncellemelerinden hiçbir koşulda sorumlu değildir.
