Coordination with Other Providers/Entities. The Contractor shall: participate in associations; attend Coalition meetings; attend conferences to promote staff development; participate in community collaborative groups; and attend Florida Office of Early Learning meetings and training sessions to the extent possible by funding and program description and design.

Coordination with Other Providers/Entities. The Provider must coordinate services with the FCADV, the Department and other community organizations as needed to provide comprehensive services for participants, including law enforcement, state agencies, the School Board and other social service agencies serving dating, stalking, domestic, and sexual violence in context of domestic violence survivors.

Business Associate must enter into this Business Associate Agreement before any use by or disclosure of PHI to such agent. Business Associate shall provide a copy of the Business Associate Agreement it enters into with a subcontractor to Covered Entity upon request. Business associate may not make any disclosure of PHI to any Subcontractor without prior written consent of Covered Entity.
