Common use of Coordination with Paid Leave Hours Clause in Contracts

Coordination with Paid Leave Hours. An employee who needs a leave of absence that exceeds the types and/or periods of leave provided for above and who continues to have accrued and unused paid leave hours will be permitted to use their accrued paid hours in accordance with the relevant section of this agreement.
