The 44 multifunction devices/copiers must comply with or exceed the following: a monthly duty 45 cycle of 150,000; print/copy speed, full color – 45 ppm, monochrome – 45 ppm (letter, 46 portrait); print copy resolution – 1,800 dpi equivalent by 600 dpi; scan speed (letter) – full 47 color 78 operations per minute (opm) at 300 dpi, 55 opm at 600 dpi, and monochrome 1 78 opm at 300 dpi, 65 opm at 600 dpi; scan resolution – 200 dpi, 300 dpi, 400 dpi, and 2 600 dpi; scan file formats – TIFF, PDF, compact PDF, JPEG, XPS, compact XPS;

Copier services. For copier services the fee is $100.00 per month lease fee plus $0.03 per page copied. A log sheet will be maintained next to the copier so that the number of copies made can be documented using an honor system. Periodically the log sheet totals will be compared to the master counter inside the copier machine. MAS reserves the right upon 30 days notice to request that ASA obtain its own copier should this log sheet documentation system prove inaccurate or unmanageable.

  • Internet Services Transfer Agent shall make available to Fund and Shareholders, through its web sites, including but not limited to xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (collectively, “Web Site”), online access to certain Account and Shareholder information and certain transaction capabilities (“Internet Services”), subject to Transfer Agent’s security procedures and the terms and conditions set forth herein and on the Web Site. Transfer Agent provides Internet Services “as is,” on an “as available” basis, and hereby specifically disclaims any and all representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding such Internet Services, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance. Transfer Agent shall at all times use reasonable care in performing Internet Services under this Agreement.

  • Custody Services The Fund, on behalf of the Series, will open with Mellon one or more custody account(s) designated "Series" (such designated custody account(s) hereinafter referred to as "Series Account"). The Series Account will contain the appropriate designation in its title and will be operated subject to the terms of the Custodian Agreement between Mellon and the Fund.
