Corporation and County Representatives. Whenever under the provisions of this Lease the approval of the Corporation or the County is required, or the Corporation or the County is required to take some action at the request of the other, such approval or such request shall be given for the Corporation by a Corporation Representative and for the County by a County Representative, and any party hereto shall be authorized to rely upon any such approval or request.
