Correction of Class Size Excesses. Both parties agree that fifteen (15) days from the beginning of the instructional year shall be allowed to correct any excesses in class size before a grievance is filed. The District agrees to provide the Association with monthly copies of “Excess Class-Size Survey” and Summary of District Enrollment and Teachers’ Assignments.
