Minimum Instructional Minutes. Minimum annual instructional minutes in the District shall be as follows: Kindergarten: 36,050; Grades 1-3: 50,855; Grades 4-6: 55,181 Memorandum of Understanding Regarding Supervision Duties Before the Student Instructional Day (January 12, 2005) Except in the case of emergencies or inclement weather as determined by the principal or designee, no supervision duties shall be assigned to unit members before the student instructional day. This memorandum of understanding shall commence within forty-five (45) calendar days after ratification of the 2004/05 agreement by both parties and expire on June 30, 2007; at which time the status quo shall revert to the right of the district to assign unit members student supervision duties before the student instructional day.
Minimum Instructional Minutes. A. California state law specifies a minimum number of annual instructional minutes that must be offered to students. In addition, the law requires schools to offer no fewer instructional minutes than was scheduled in the 1982-83 school year. The state provides districts with guidelines for calculating annual minutes. The required minimum annual minutes are: TK/Kindergarten 38,832 (1982-83 level) 1st - 3rd 50,400 4th - 5th 54,000 (1982-83 level) 6th - 8th 54,672 (1982-83 level)

  • INSTRUCTIONAL MINUTES When CONTRACTOR is a NPS, the total number of instructional minutes per school day provided by CONTRACTOR shall be at least equivalent to the number of instructional minutes per school day provided to students at like grade level attending LEA schools and shall be specified in the student’s ISA developed in accordance with the student’s IEP. For students in grades kindergarten through 12 inclusive, unless otherwise specified in the student’s IEP and ISA, the number of instructional minutes, excluding breakfast, recess, lunch and passing time shall be at the same level that Ed. Code prescribes for the LEA. The total number of annual instructional minutes shall be at least equivalent to the total number of annual instructional minutes provided to students attending LEA schools in like grade level unless otherwise specified in the student’s IEP. When CONTRACTOR is a NPA and/or related services provider, the total number of minutes per school day provided by CONTRACTOR shall be specified in the student’s ISA developed in accordance with the student’s IEP.

  • Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner Notice Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each notify the other Party, first orally and then in writing, of the release of any Hazardous Substances, any asbestos or lead abatement activities, or any type of remediation activities related to the Large Generating Facility or the Attachment Facilities, each of which may reasonably be expected to affect the other Party. The notifying Party shall: (i) provide the notice as soon as practicable, provided such Party makes a good faith effort to provide the notice no later than twenty-four hours after such Party becomes aware of the occurrence; and (ii) promptly furnish to the other Party copies of any publicly available reports filed with any Governmental Authorities addressing such events.

  • SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS On date of shipment send original xxxx of lading, air xxxx or express receipt reflecting this Purchase Order number to Buyer’s Traffic Department. Do not deliver ahead of schedule unless written authorization is received from Buyer. Describe shipments in accordance with the carrier’s tariffs to obtain the lowest freight rate. Do not insure or declare value on shipments beyond F.O.B point. When a shipment is subject to freight rates dependent upon value, annotate the xxxx of lading, air xxxx or express receipt to show that the shipment is released at the maximum value which applies to the lowest rate provided in applicable tariffs. Consolidate all shipments to be forwarded on one day. Articles furnished in excess of the quantity specified or in excess of quantity ordered will be retained by Buyer at no additional cost, unless Seller notifies Buyer within 30 days after shipment that it desires the return thereof. Seller will reimburse Buyer for the full cost of returning such over shipment or a minimum charge to $50, whichever is higher. No notification will be given to Seller of any over shipment. Mail original and two duplicate invoices to Buyer’s accounting Department when articles are shipped. STATE SHIPPING POINT ON ALL INVOICES. Each case or parcel and accompanying packing list of contents must show Buyer’s Purchase Order number. Seller shall label all packages according to Buyer’s bar coding requirements. If no packing List accompanies the shipment, Buyers count will be conclusive to Seller.

  • NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner Obligations Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall cause the New York State Transmission System and the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities to be operated, maintained and controlled in a safe and reliable manner in accordance with this Agreement and the NYISO Tariffs. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO may provide operating instructions to Developer consistent with this Agreement, NYISO procedures and Connecting Transmission Owner’s operating protocols and procedures as they may change from time to time. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO will consider changes to their respective operating protocols and procedures proposed by Developer.
