CORRESPONDENCE MANAGEMENT. As per the Interline billing rules defined in the RAM and ACH Manual of Procedure, once the maximum number of allowed rejections for a billing has been reached, the entity which received the last rejection can only continue the dispute by initiating correspondence. SIS will not permit further rejections after the limit has been reached.

CORRESPONDENCE MANAGEMENT. The Supplier will: • scan and image capture (where required) all IVA documentation received • capture the data required by the TIX Platform for the effective management of an IVA • store and archive all IVA documentation received • shred confidential papers once scanned • deal with all correspondence relating to an IVA • liaise with Insolvency Practitioners to resolve queries as required and • represent the Client’s interest in all correspondence. Within the correspondence management processes the Supplier will take all reasonable steps in relation to data security from receipt to load through supervisor, failsafe and audit controls. Data shall be handled, captured and held within the relevant legislative and regulatory requirements. Correspondence management may be performed by the Supplier or by its subcontractors. In the event of subcontractors being used, the Supplier shall (subject to clause 11 (limitations on liability) remain liable under this Agreement.
