The Supplier Implementation Plan. In order to ensure a smooth transition into the live system, the Supplier will provide to the Client as soon as reasonably practicable after the Commencement Date with an implementation plan with the following key stages: • Project Initiation Meeting The implementation plan should include such additional necessary and reasonable requirements as agreed (acting in good faith) between the Parties that are pre-requisite to ensuring processes are governed and controlled as part of the on-boarding of the Back Book and Flow placements. • Agree Existing Case Transfer o Data requirements o Operational handover o External communicationOperational Meeting o Data requirements o Operational • System & TIX Platform Integration o The Supplier and the Client to work together to undertake necessary configuration and development as agreed between the Parties (acting reasonably and documented) prior to the Commencement Date which is reasonably and necessarily required. o The TIX Platform is to facilitate a necessary transactional handling and query management in relation to Insolvency service management as set out below together with any further facilities agreed in writing between the Parties. ▪ Annual reconciliation of account references ▪ Payment processing ▪ Non financial status and Consumer detail updates ▪ Insolvency Case and Claim status updates ▪ Vulnerable, query, complaint and dispute details ▪ Statement or agreement requests ▪ Proof of debt requests • The Supplier’s Operational Training (if applicable) • The Client will be provided, as part of the on-boarding project, with copies of the standard file format interfaces to allow for system integration.   • Implementation Plan The Authority shall cause to be prepared an Implementation Plan meeting the requirements of Public Utilities Code Section 366.2 and any applicable Public Utilities Commission regulations as soon after the Effective Date as reasonably practicable. The Implementation Plan shall not be filed with the Public Utilities Commission until it is approved by the Board in the manner provided by Section 4.9.

  • Project Implementation Manual The Recipient, through the PCU, shall: (i) take all action required to carry out Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4 (ii) of the Project in accordance with the provisions and requirements set forth or referred to in the Project Implementation Manual; (ii) submit recommendations to the Association for its consideration for changes and updates of the Project Implementation Manual as they may become necessary or advisable during Project implementation in order to achieve the objective of Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4(ii) of the Project; and (iii) not assign, amend, abrogate or waive the Project Implementation Manual or any of its provisions without the Association’s prior agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.

  • Transition Plan In the event of termination by the LHIN pursuant to this section, the LHIN and the HSP will develop a Transition Plan. The HSP agrees that it will take all actions, and provide all information, required by the LHIN to facilitate the transition of the HSP’s clients.

  • Uncovering and Correction of Work 12.1 The Contractor shall promptly correct Work rejected by the Owner or failing to conform to the requirements of the Contract Documents, whether observed before or after Substantial Completion and whether or not fabricated, installed or completed, and shall correct any Work found to be not in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents within a period of two years from the date of Substantial Completion, or by terms of an applicable special warranty required by the Contract Documents. The provisions of this Article apply to work done by Subcontractors as well as to Work done by direct employees of the Contractor. 12.2 At any time during the progress of the work, or in any case where the nature of the defects shall be such that it is not expedient to have them corrected, the Owner, at their option, shall have the right to deduct such sum, or sums, of money from the amount of the contract as they consider justified to adjust the difference in value between the defective work and that required under contract including any damage to the structure.
