Cost Limitation. The total amount of this Agreement shall not exceed the original amount unless a Change Order is received and processed in accordance with Section 4-1.05, “Changes and Extra Work,” of the 2018 Standard Specifications.

Cost Limitation. A. The total amount payable to LOCAL AGENCY pursuant to this Agreement by CALTRANS shall not exceed $976,373.04.
Cost Limitation. Owner is precluded by law from obligating funds beyond those which have been specifically secured and authorized for the Project.
