Harassment Free Workplace. The contracting agency will not tolerate harassment based on race, national origin, religion, age, mental or physical disability, color, sex, or any other non-merit factors.
Harassment Free Workplace. It is the intent of the parties to provide a respectful work place for all employees. No employee will be subjected to any form of harassment, discrimination or intimidation. All employees are to be treated with respect and dignity by the employer, employees of the employer and clients of the employer. Any disregard to this Article will not be tolerated in the work place and will result in a requirement for education and/or discipline.
Harassment Free Workplace. The District and the CCE/AFT agree that mutual respect between and among managers, employees, co-workers, and supervisors is important to the conduct of the District’s business. The repeated use of profane language, name-calling, yelling, or any unwanted physical contact is inappropriate in the workplace. Employees who believe they are subject to such behaviors should raise their concerns with the appropriate supervisor, manager, or administrator as soon as possible, but no later than forty-five (45) days from the occurrence of the behavior. The employee upon request is entitled to Union representation at this conference.
Harassment Free Workplace. The Board agrees to develop and implement a procedure which addresses harassment in the workplace. The Board agrees to consult with the Union Local in the development of the procedure. A copy of the procedure shall be accessible to all teachers.
Harassment Free Workplace. The Company and the Union recognize the right of all persons to work in an environment free from any type of harassment and to be treated fairly in the workplace.
Harassment Free Workplace. The Union and the Employer recognize the right of the employees to work in an environment free of harassment. Harassment can be psychological, verbal or physical or it can be a combination of these. It is any behavior, whether deliberate or negligent, which denies individuals their dignity and respect, is offensive, embarrassing or humiliating to the individual, and may adversely affect the working environment.
Harassment Free Workplace. The Company will ensure a harassment free workplace. This includes but is not limited to conduct that substantially interferes with another individual’s work performance or creates a hostile, humiliating or offensive environment for other workers, customers, or vendors.
Harassment Free Workplace. Contractors shall abide by "U.S. Code, Title VII, Civil Rights Act of 1964, Executive Order EO 93-05, Secretary's Memorandum 4430-2 Workplace Violence Policy, and Harassment Free Workplace (29 CFR Part 1614)". Regulations can be found at xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/ Firearm / Weapon Prohibition - The possession of firearms or other dangerous weapon (18 USC 930 (f)(2) are prohibited at all times while on Government Property and during performance of services, under this contract. The term dangerous weapon does not include a pocket knives with a blade less than 2 ½ inches in length or a multi-purpose tools such as a Leatherman® tool.
Harassment Free Workplace. It will be left to the discretion of the Incident Commander to demobilize an entire resource or to allow replacement of the noncompliant personnel. Documentation of the rationale for release will be provided to the DNRC Contracting Officer subsequent to the action. Accordingly, the DNRC Contracting Officer may require, in writing that the Contractor remove from use under this Agreement, any employee found incompetent, careless, or otherwise objectionable including violation of Clause 9.1 – Incident Behavior and Clause 9.2
