DPR’s Responsibilities a. Subject to the DPR’s security regulations and operational requirements, the DPR shall permit all reasonable and necessary access to the DPR facilities for the installation and support of the system. b. The DPR will appoint a contract manager to interface with the Contractor and oversee the Contractor’s compliance with all contract requirements. Notification of any changes to the designated contract manager will be made in writing. Electronic notification is an acceptable medium for this purpose. c. The DPR has the sole authority to deem required deliverables, tasks, and the system, accepted and Ready-for-Use.
