Cost of Service Formula. The Cost of Service Formula (copy attached) is subject to the non-disclosure agreement described in Section 19 above. The Cost of Service Formula is not specific to VMU and includes (except as specifically provided therein) the costs that will be used to determine VMU’s prices regardless of whether VMU or its End Users utilize the services or functionality associated with such costs. The Cost of Service Formula (and fixed pricing described in the Cost of Service Formula) includes the methodology for pricing two types of services, generally described as follows:

Related to Cost of Service Formula

  • Year of Service VESTING. For purposes of vesting under Section 5.03, Year of Service means any 12-consecutive month period designated in the Employer's Adoption Agreement during which an Employee completes not less than the number of Hours of Service (not exceeding 1,000) specified in the Employer's Adoption Agreement. A Year of Service includes any Year of Service earned prior to the Effective Date of the Plan, except as provided in Section 5.08.

  • Term of Service Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Atlas shall serve as the Managing General Partner of the Partnership until either it:

  • Performance Measure The number of Performance Shares earned at the end of the three-year Performance Period will vary depending on the degree to which cumulative adjusted earnings per share performance goals for the Performance Period, as established by the Committee, are met.
