Costs of Project. The Borrower certifies that the building cost of the Project, as listed in Exhibit B hereto and made a part hereof, is a reasonable and accurate estimation thereof, and it will supply to the Trust a certificate from a licensed professional engineer authorized to practice in the State stating that such building cost is a reasonable and accurate estimation and that the useful life of the Project exceeds the maturity date of the Borrower Bond.

Costs of Project. The Public Improvements will be designed, constructed, and installed by the Developer at the Developer's sole expense. The Village shall not be responsible for any costs or charges relating to the Project or this Agreement, except those specifically enumerated and agreed upon in this or subsequent written, signed agreements between the Developer and the Village.

  • Completion of Project The Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Technical Description as may be modified from time to time with the approval of the Bank, and complete it by the final date specified therein.

  • Construction of Project 11.1.1 Developer agrees to cause the Project to be developed, constructed, and installed in accordance with the terms hereof and the Construction Provisions set forth in Exhibit D, including those things reasonably inferred from the Contract Documents as being within the scope of the Project and necessary to produce the stated result even though no mention is made in the Contract Documents.
