COUNTY LOBBYISTS. Tenant and each County lobbyist or County lobbying firm as defined in Los Angeles County Code Section 2.160.010 retained by Xxxxxx, shall fully comply with the County Lobbyist Ordinance, Los Angeles County Code Chapter 2.160. Failure on the part of Tenant or any County lobbyist or a County lobbying firm retained by Tenant to fully comply with the County Lobbyist Ordinance shall constitute a material breach of this Lease upon which County may immediately terminate this Lease.

COUNTY LOBBYISTS. As of the effective date, of this Agreement, neither SCE nor any Lobbyist acting on behalf of SCE engages in any lobbying activity with the County of Los Angeles as defined in the Los Angeles County Lobbyist Ordinance, County Code Chapter 2.160 with regard to SCE’s commercial telecommunications business. If SCE engages in any lobbying activity with the County of Los Angeles concerning its commercial telecommunications business during the term of this Agreement, SCE agrees that it will comply with the County’s applicable lobbying ordinances.

COUNTY LOBBYISTS. Each COUNTY lobbyist as defined in Los Angeles County Code Section 2.160.010, retained by ARTIST, shall fully comply with the County Lobbyist Ordinance, Los Angeles County Code Chapter 2.160. Failure on the part of any COUNTY lobbyist retained by ARTIST to fully comply with the County Lobbyist Ordinance shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement upon which COUNTY may immediately terminate or suspend this Agreement. ARTIST shall comply with all conflict of interest laws, ordinances and regulations now in effect or hereafter to be enacted during the term of this Agreement. ARTIST warrants that it is not now aware of any facts which do or could create a conflict of interest. If ARTIST hereafter becomes aware of any facts which might reasonably be expected to create a conflict of interest, it shall immediately make full written disclosure of such facts to COUNTY. Full written disclosure shall include, but is not limited to, identification of all persons implicated and a complete description of all relevant circumstances.

Failure on the part of the CONTRACTOR or any COUNTY Lobbyist or the COUNTY lobbying firm retained by the CONTRACTOR to fully comply with County Lobbyist Ordinance shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement upon which the COUNTY may immediately terminate or suspend this Agreement.
COUNTY LOBBYISTS. FRANCHISEE and each COUNTY lobbyist or County lobbying firm as defined in County Code § 2.160.010, retained by Franchisee shall fully comply with the County Lobbyist Ordinance. SECTION 24 - EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT A. Execution in Counterparts. This AGREEMENT, including dated signatures on amended Exhibits and attachments to those Exhibits, may be signed in any number of original counterparts. All counterparts constitute but one and the same agreement. B. Authority to Execute. COUNTY warrants that the individual signing this AGREEMENT has been duly authorized by COUNTY to sign this AGREEMENT on behalf of COUNTY and has the full right, power, and authority to bind COUNTY to this AGREEMENT. FRANCHISEE warrants that the individual signing this AGREEMENT below has been duly authorized by FRANCHISEE to sign this AGREEMENT on behalf of FRANCHISEE and has the full right, power, and authority to bind FRANCHISEE to this AGREEMENT.

COUNTY LOBBYISTS. Each person, by submitting a response to this Request for Proposals, certifies that such Proposer and each County lobbyist and County lobbying firm, as defined by Los Angeles County Code, Section 2.160.010, retained by the proposer, is in full compliance with Chapter 2.160 of the Los Angeles County Code.
