COUNTY’S AUTHORITY. County has the final authority in all matters affecting the work. County has the authority to enforce Contractor’s compliance with the Contract Documents. County’s decision is final and binding on all questions relating to: quantities; acceptability of material, equipment, or work; execution, progress, or sequence of work; and interpretation of the Contract Documents. All labor, materials, tools, equipment furnished by Contractor and all work performed by Contractor shall be subject to County’s approval.
COUNTY’S AUTHORITY. 4.1 Contractor must pass a criminal background check prior to commencement of work under this Contract. Contractor agrees that County may, from time to time, conduct subsequent background checks, and if any person engaged by Contractor fails at any time to pass a criminal background check, that person must be immediately terminated from work under this Contract.
COUNTY’S AUTHORITY a. The County is entering into this Lease under the authority of Chapter 475, Article II, of the Suffolk County Code, which is incorporated herein by reference.

COUNTY’S AUTHORITY. 7 A. COUNTY’S Probation Department shall have the right to conduct 8 background checks, at any time, as deemed necessary by Facility Administrator, on all 9 personnel whom CONTRACTOR will assign or has assigned to work at the JJC under this 10 Agreement. When COUNTY’S Probation Department determines that such background checks 11 are to be performed for CONTRACTOR’S personnel, such background checks must be 12 completed to Facility Administrator’s satisfaction on all such CONTRACTOR’S personnel before 13 any admission, or continued admission, of any such persons into the JJC facilities. COUNTY’S 14 Chief Probation Officer or his or her designee shall have sole and absolute discretion to refuse
COUNTY’S AUTHORITY. That this Agreement and all other documents delivered prior to or at the Close of Escrow have been authorized, executed, and delivered by County; are binding obligations of the County; and are collectively sufficient to transfer all of County’s rights to the Property.
COUNTY’S AUTHORITY. County covenants and warrants to Lessee that (i) it has full right, power and authority to execute this Master Lease and each Facilities Lease and has the power to grant all rights hereunder, (ii) its execution and performance of this Master Lease and each Facilities Lease will not violate any laws, ordinances or covenants, or the provisions of any mortgage, lease or other agreement binding on County, and (iii) Lessee shall have the quiet enjoyment of the County Facilities, and Lessee shall not be disturbed as long as Lessee is not in default beyond any applicable grace or cure period.
