COURT TIME DEFINED. (a) Time spent in Court shall be defined as time spent by a Member in any Court, Tribunal, Coroners Inquest or Public Board arising out of their duties while a Member of the Service where the Member is a required witness. (b) A Member attending Court during the Member's off-duty hours shall not be utilized for any purpose apart from the Member's obligations as a witness and shall be excused from duty as soon as those obligations have been satisfied subject to any requirements arising out of an emergency.
