Common use of Coverage for New and Newly Eligible Employees Clause in Contracts

Coverage for New and Newly Eligible Employees. New employees, or newly eligible employees, will become eligible to participate in the District insurance benefit programs on the first day of the month following initial employment. The effective date of coverage is also subject to conditions set by insurance carriers.
