COVERAGE OF EMPLOYEES. (a) Employees who are presently covered by a pension plan shall continue to be covered by the terms of that plan, subject to any mutual agreement to the contrary. (b) Employees not presently covered by a pension plan shall be brought under the terms of the XXX Plan unless altered by mutual agreement of the parties.
