Homeowners. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, Lessee under this Lease shall at all times be one or more natural persons and any transfer by Lessee of its interest hereunder to a corporation, trust, partnership or any other entity in violation of the foregoing prohibition shall be deemed null and void.
Homeowners. Real Estate commissions paid on the sale of a home up to 4% of its sale price. Maximum reimbursement will be limited to $100,000.00. In addition, as with every other item in this policy, this consideration will be subject to the limits set forth in Paragraph V - Total Package Limitations.
Homeowners. Developer will include in its marketing of the units in the residential portion of the Project, outreach efforts to the Overlook, Humboldt, Piedmont and Arbor Lodge community, including advertising opportunities in the publications listed in 7.1.1(b) and marketing the first time homebuyer second mortgage program.

Homeowners. The Abbington Homeowners Association reserves the right to grant or deny rental of the clubhouse. The clubhouse facilities may be rented for private events sponsored by Abbington homeowners. Homeowner MUST remain present for duration of event. All clubhouse rentals are limited to the hours of 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. with a maximum attendance of 25 people. Currently only one 5 hour rental per calendar day is allowed. Homeowners are responsible for cleaning the clubhouse after their event using the checklist posted in the clubhouse as a guide. Cleaning supplies are provided. An inspection will be completed following each event. Key must be returned within 48 hours of rental and should be returned with signed cleaning checklist. Homeowners. Only individuals who have a financial interest in a site may be recognized as Owners. This financial interest can be direct or through a Company / Close Corporation or Trust. The Owners of each Unit / Stand shall appoint a single Authorised Representative who shall be the only person entitled to represent that site and vote at any meetings of members.
Homeowners. Referred Participants must be over the age of 18. All Demos must be performed in the Referred Participants’ home (no group showings). The Company does check public records for proof of home ownership. No land contracts.
1 A Completed Referral means that a Demo was successfully performed at the Referred Participants’ home. At least 2 of these 12 completed Referrals must result in a Rainbow approved sale the day of Referred Participants’ Demo. An approved sale must result in the Referral retaining the Rainbow and not returning the product. If you complete 12 qualified Demos and have at least two sales but your first 6 shows are not completed within 45 days of your purchase, your Reward will be reduced to $1,594.50.
Homeowners. Upon the request of Buyer Agent at any time after two (2) years have passed from the date of origination of an Allocated Eligible Option, Seller shall offer to the Homeowner with respect to such Allocated Eligible Option a reduction in the Homeowner Protection Cap relating to such Allocated Eligible Option in an amount satisfactory to Buyer Agent to the extent such Homeowner is able to refinance or sell the related Property within six (6) months.
Homeowners a. Real Estate commissions paid on the sale of a home up to 6% of its purchase price. Maximum reimbursement of such Real Estate Commission expense will be limited to $100,000. In addition, as with every other item in this policy, this consideration will be subject to the overall restrictions set forth in Paragraph V as Total Package Limitations.
b. Reasonable closing costs and legal fees incurred to sell a home in the area from which the associate is moving.
c. Mortgage application fees that are required as a minimum condition to secure a home loan. Loan origination fees (points) will not be reimbursed unless they are required as the minimal local standard to secure a loan.
d. Reasonable closing costs and legal fees incurred to purchase a home in the area to which the associate is now being assigned by the Company.
