Common use of CRAFT FOREPERSONS AND GENERAL FOREPERSONS Clause in Contracts

CRAFT FOREPERSONS AND GENERAL FOREPERSONS. The selection of craft forepersons and/or general forepersons and the number of forepersons required shall be solely the responsibility of the Contractor, provided that all craft forepersons shall be experienced and qualified journeypersons in their trade as determined by the appropriate Local Union. All forepersons shall take orders exclusively from the designated Contractor representatives. Craft forepersons shall be designated as working forepersons at the request of the Contractor.
