Credit and Acknowledgement. In addition to Section 21: Acknowledgement and Signs, materials produced must display both the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Puget Sound Partnership (PSP) logos and the following credit line: "This project has been funded wholly or in part by the United States Environmental Protection Agency. The contents of this document do not necessarily reflect the views and policies of the Environmental Protection Agency, nor does mention of trade names or commercial products constitute endorsement or recommendation for use. ” This requirement is for the life of the product, whether during or after the Agreement period of performance .

Grantees are also encouraged to use the Department of Arts and Culture's handles and hashtags when posting on social media: @LACountyArts #LACountyArts #LACountyArtsEd. 5.3 In addition, if a public facing non-consumable item (i.e. stage curtain, Xxxxxx xxxxx flooring, media lab, equipment system) in the project budget exceeds $12,500, the grantee will include the above acknowledgment, name, or logo of Arts and Culture and Arts Ed Collective on any plaque, wall signage, donor wall, or other identifier associated with the project. Notwithstanding the foregoing, grantees are not required to create a new plaque or donor wall.

Consultant will submit draft press releases announcing the Project to the LACAC’s Director of Communications and Marketing for review and approval before finalizing or distributing the release. • Consultant will provide a minimum of 48 hours notice for review and approval of credit and acknowledgment in all digital and print communications, promotional, press and product materials. • This provision shall survive termination or expiration of this Agreement.
