Credit Monitoring Services. Settlement Class Members shall be offered an opportunity to enroll in two years of Credit Monitoring Services to include credit monitoring through one national credit reporting bureau and with at least $1,000,000 in identity theft insurance.
Credit Monitoring Services. If you don’t have access to all 3 credit reports from Transunion, Experian and Equifax we will require you to obtain a monitoring service of your choice. We currently refer customers to Procredit to get credit reports and scores they charge $16.95 this is not part of our services and fee’s. All Settlement Class Members are eligible to enroll in three (3) years of three-bureau Credit Monitoring Services provided by CyEx (with the Pango Group) or other comparable provider, regardless of whether the Settlement Class Member submits a claim for reimbursement of Out-of-Pocket Losses or Attested Time and/or a claim for a California Statutory Damages Payment. The Settlement Administrator shall send an activation code to each valid Credit Monitoring Services claimant within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date which can be used to activate Credit Monitoring Services. Such enrollment codes shall be sent via e-mail, unless the claimant did not provide an e-mail address, in which case such codes shall be sent via U.S. mail. The provider shall provide Credit Monitoring Services to all valid claimants who timely activate those services for a period of three (3) years from the date of activation, including daily three-bureau credit monitoring with Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion; identity restoration services; and $1 million in identity theft insurance, among other features.
Credit Monitoring Services. In the event that Supplier experiences a data breach that exposes consumer credit information, such as Social Security Numbers, Supplier shall provide credit monitoring to the affected University employees for at least 12 months. University and Supplier will agree on the credit monitoring company. Supplier will pay for all costs associated with the credit monitoring service.

All Settlement Class Members will be eligible for three (3) years of single-bureau (“1B”) credit monitoring services with $1,000,000.00 in identity theft protection services upon submission of a valid Claim Form. Settlement Class Members will be able to activate the credit monitoring services after Final Approval by the Court. Xxxxxxxx will pay for the credit monitoring services separate and apart from other settlement benefits.
Credit Monitoring Services. Check this box if you wish to enroll in credit monitoring services for 2 years, which includes credit monitoring through IDX of at least one national credit reporting bureau with at least $1,000,000 in identity theft insurance.
Credit Monitoring Services. Settlement Class Members will receive an enrollment code for two (2) years of Identity Guard Total Service from Aura upon submission of an approved Claim Form on or before the Claims Deadline. The enrollment codes will be provided within fourteen (14) days after the Effective Date, Class Members will then have a period of ninety-five (95) days after the Effective Date to enroll in and activate the service. Submission of a Claim Form is required to receive a code, and enrollment after the Effective Date is necessary commence a Settlement Class Member’s service. The Identity Guard Total Service from Aura includes, at least, the following, or similar, services: (i) credit monitoring; (ii) dark web monitoring; and (iii) identity theft insurance of up to $1,000,000.00.
Credit Monitoring Services. The monitoring by Experian of your credit data held by Experian, the provision to you of credit reports, the notification to you of any abnormal activity in the Experian database, and the supply to you of details of your credit score.
