USER NOTIFICATION. All users shall be given information on how to obtain a copy of the school district policies relating to Internet via student and employee handbooks. Please complete the following information: Staff Member’s Full Name (please print): School: I have read and agree to abide by the Staff Network and Internet Acceptable Use and Safety Policy and Guidelines. I understand that any violation of the terms and conditions set forth in the Policy is inappropriate and may constitute a criminal offense. As a user of the Corporation’s computers/network and the Internet, I agree to communicate over the Internet and the Network in an appropriate manner, honoring all relevant laws, restrictions and guidelines. Staff Member’s Signature Date The Superintendent is responsible for determining what is unauthorized or inappropriate use. The Superintendent may deny, revoke or suspend access to the Network/Internet to individuals who violate the Staff Network and Internet Acceptable Use and Safety Policy and related Guidelines and take such other disciplinary action as is appropriate pursuant to the applicable collective bargaining agreement, State law and/or Board Policy.
USER NOTIFICATION. All users shall be notified of the school district policies relating to technology resources use. Disclaimers limiting the school districts liability relative to: Information stored on school district removable storage units, hard drives or servers. Information retrieved through school district technology resources. Personal property used to access school district technology resources. Unauthorized financial obligations resulting from use of school district resources/accounts to access the internet. A description of the privacy rights and limitations of school sponsored/managed internet accounts. Notification that, even though the school district may use technical means to limit student internet access, these limits do not provide a foolproof means for enforcing the provisions of this acceptable use policy. Notification that goods and services can be purchased over the Internet that could potentially result in unwanted financial obligations and that any financial obligation incurred by a student through the internet is the sole responsibility of the student and/or the students' parents. Notification that the collection, creation, reception, maintenance and dissemination of data via the internet, including electronic communications, is governed by Policy 405, Public and Private Personnel Data, and Policy 514, Protection and Privacy of Pupil Records. Notification that, should the user violate the school district's acceptable use policy, the user's access privileges may be revoked, school disciplinary action may be taken and/or appropriate legal action may be taken. Notification that all provisions of the acceptable use policy are subordinate to local, state and federal laws. Lost, stolen, or irreparably broken laptop devices will be replaced only after a replacement fee of $150.00 is paid. Grade cards and/or transcripts may be withheld until fees are cleared through the office. The fee for broken tablet screens is $50.00 for a non-touch screen and $150.00 for a touch screen.
USER NOTIFICATION. All users shall be notified of the school district policies relating to Internet use. This notification shall include: Compliance with school policies, disclaimers as contained in the full Internet policy, description of privacy rights and limitations, and all appropriate notifications.
USER NOTIFICATION. Customer is responsible for notifying their users of any install dates and any down times associated with the project. This includes notifying them of any risks associated with the project.
USER NOTIFICATION. ThermoGenesis will be responsible for initiating product recalls. ImmuneCyte shall be responsible for notifying users of Product(s) and part recalls. ImmuneCyte shall submit a written report to ThermoGenesis of the recall status of the Product(s) or parts.

  • Customer Notification By executing this Agreement, the Advisor acknowledges that as required by the Advisers Act the Sub-Advisor has supplied to the Advisor and the Trust copies of the Sub-Advisor’s Form ADV with all exhibits and attachments (including the Sub-Advisor’s statement of financial condition) and will promptly supply to the Advisor copies of all amendments or restatements of such document. Otherwise, the Advisor’s rights under federal law allow termination of this contract without penalty within five business days after entering into this contract. U.S. law also requires the Sub-Advisor to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person or entity that opens an account. The Sub-Advisor will ask for the Trust’s legal name, principal place of business address, and Taxpayer Identification or other identification number, and may ask for other identifying information.

  • Prior Notification Unless specifically prohibited by applicable law or court order, each of the Banks and the Agent shall, prior to disclosure thereof, notify the Borrower of any request for disclosure of any such non-public information by any governmental agency or representative thereof (other than any such request in connection with an examination of the financial condition of such Bank by such governmental agency) or pursuant to legal process.

  • Required Notifications Each Grantor shall promptly notify the Administrative Agent, in writing, of: (i) any Lien (other than Permitted Liens) on any of the Collateral which would adversely affect the ability of the Administrative Agent to exercise any of its remedies hereunder and (ii) the occurrence of any other event which could reasonably be expected to have a material impairment on the aggregate value of the Collateral or on the security interests created hereby.

  • Obligor Notification Forms The Borrower shall furnish the Collateral Agent and the Administrative Agent with an appropriate power of attorney to send (at the Administrative Agent’s discretion on the Collateral Agent’s behalf, after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default or the Facility Maturity Date) Obligor notification forms to give notice to the Obligors of the Collateral Agent’s interest in the Collateral Portfolio and the obligation to make payments as directed by the Administrative Agent on the Collateral Agent’s behalf.
