USER NOTIFICATION. A. All users shall be notified of the school district policies relating to Internet use. B. This notification shall include the following: 1. Notification that Internet use is subject to compliance with school district policies. 2. Disclaimers limiting the school district’s liability relative to: a. Information stored on school district diskettes, hard drives or servers. b. Information retrieved through school district computers, networks or online resources. c. Personal property used to access school district computers, networks or online resources. d. Unauthorized financial obligations resulting from use of school district resources/accounts to access the Internet. 3. A description of the privacy rights and limitations of school sponsored/managed Internet accounts. 4. Notification that, even though the school district may use technical means to limit student Internet access, these limits do not provide a foolproof means for enforcing the provisions of this acceptable use policy. 5. Notification that goods and services can be purchased over the Internet that could potentially result in unwanted financial obligations and that any financial obligation incurred by a student through the Internet is the sole responsibility of the student and/or the student’s parents. 6. Notification that the collection, creation, reception, maintenance and dissemination of data via the Internet, including electronic communications, is governed by Policy 406, Public and Private Personnel Data, and Policy 515, Protection and Privacy of Pupil Records. 7. Notification that, should the user violate the school district’s acceptable use policy, the user’s access privileges may be revoked, school disciplinary action may be taken and/or appropriate legal action may be taken. 8. Notification that all provisions of the acceptable use policy are subordinate to local, state and federal laws.

Lost, stolen, or irreparably broken laptop devices will be replaced only after a replacement fee of $150.00 is paid. Grade cards and/or transcripts may be withheld until fees are cleared through the office. The fee for broken tablet screens is $50.00 for a non-touch screen and $150.00 for a touch screen.
USER NOTIFICATION. Customer is responsible for notifying their users of any install dates and any down times associated with the project. This includes notifying them of any risks associated with the project.

  • Customer Notification By executing this Agreement, the Advisor acknowledges that as required by the Advisers Act the Sub-Advisor has supplied to the Advisor and the Trust copies of the Sub-Advisor’s Form ADV with all exhibits and attachments (including the Sub-Advisor’s statement of financial condition) and will promptly supply to the Advisor copies of all amendments or restatements of such document. Otherwise, the Advisor’s rights under federal law allow termination of this contract without penalty within five business days after entering into this contract. U.S. law also requires the Sub-Advisor to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person or entity that opens an account. The Sub-Advisor will ask for the Trust’s legal name, principal place of business address, and Taxpayer Identification or other identification number, and may ask for other identifying information.

  • Privacy Notification (1) The authority to request the above personal information from a seller of goods or services or a lessor of real or personal property, and the authority to maintain such information, is found in Section 5 of the State Tax Law. Disclosure of this information by the seller or lessor to the State is mandatory. The principal purpose for which the information is collected is to enable the State to identify individuals, businesses and others who have been delinquent in filing tax returns or may have understated their tax liabilities and to generally identify persons affected by the taxes administered by the Commissioner of Taxation and Finance.   • REPORTING - NOTIFICATION A. Quarterly Reports In addition to any reports required pursuant to §19 or pursuant to any exhibit, for any contract having a term longer than 3 months, Local Agency shall submit, on a quarterly basis, a written report specifying progress made for each specified performance measure and standard in this Agreement. Such progress report shall be in accordance with the procedures developed and prescribed by the State. Progress reports shall be submitted to the State not later than five (5) Business Days following the end of each calendar quarter or at such time as otherwise specified by the State.

  • Prior Notification Unless specifically prohibited by applicable law or court order, each of the Banks and the Agent shall, prior to disclosure thereof, notify the Borrower of any request for disclosure of any such non-public information by any governmental agency or representative thereof (other than any such request in connection with an examination of the financial condition of such Bank by such governmental agency) or pursuant to legal process.

(b) From and after the Closing Date, AIG shall promptly notify the FRBNY and the UST of any fact, event or circumstance to the knowledge of AIG which would reasonably be expected to cause any covenant or agreement of AIG or any SPV contained in this Agreement that contemplates performance after the Closing Date not to be complied with or satisfied in any material respect; provided, however, that delivery of any notice pursuant to this Section 9.05(b) shall not limit or affect any rights of or remedies available to the FRBNY or the UST.
